Goodbye Winter!

Spring is finally on its way here in the Adirondacks, and we are more than ready for the warm weather! 

Although there wasn't as much snow this year as there was last year (which was close to record-breaking), we're still ready to be done with shoveling snow and putting on multiple layers just to walk between buildings...swimming in Long Pond, here we come!

Welcome to the Poko blog!

Every year, hundreds of students, teachers, and other visitors come to Poko for school trips or community events. Some are here for a few hours, some stay for a few days...but we hope that all of them will leave Poko with happy memories! This blog will be a place for past visitors to see what's been happening at Poko since they left (or maybe to see pictures from their visit!), and for future visitors to get a sense of what a trip to Poko will be like.
